Currently, boards use EFIS (Education Finance Information System) to create and file their statements, beginning with their 2002-2003 Revised Estimates.

Note that access to EFIS is currently restricted to officers of district school boards in Ontario.

To access EFIS you need a user ID and a password provided by the Ministry. If you do not have a user ID and password, complete the registration form. The original form must be signed by the new user and a senior business official of the board. Mail the completed form to:

The completed form can be faxed to our office at 416-325-2007 for initial processing; however we cannot provide the user ID and password until we receive the original completed form.

All requests for EFIS user IDs and passwords will be confirmed with the requesting board before the new account is activated.
